Cannot thank you enough for such brilliant customer service we rang at 16.45 on Friday afternoon 23 hours later our inverter had been replaced and we were back up and running all for a reasonable price and even waited a couple of days for the invoice to arrive to be able to pay. We worked closely with Mike, Ash and the team at H2Eco for our PV and battery storage requirements on our dream home project. It was important to get the right system and not only ensure it was designed for best fit to our home and infrastructure but to make sure it will be cost effective in the long run. H2Eco were genuinely brilliant. They were polite, professional but flexible. Explained everything well and did not mind our questions which were many as this was an important decision for us. Our PV system is now in and up and running and is actually hitting almost exactly, the figures estimated in their proposals. As with most projects and installations we had a few issues but they were always resolved to our satisfaction and we could not ask for more than that. I do not write many reviews but where they are deserved I will and would be happy to recommend H2Eco based on my experiences with them.

Will definitely be using Charlie going forward! We got let down by a different electrician two days before we were due to have our new kitchen installed, if we didn't find someone we would have had to wait possibly till after Christmas for the kitchen to be put in. We only had half a kitchen left so this really wasn't an option. Luckily for us Charlie squeezed us in but was fully booked so did a full re wire of of the kitchen working after he had finished all the other customers and worked till nearly midnight! Absolutely can not recommend Charlie enough, not only did he manage to fit us at the last minute, he did a fab job at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using Charlie going forward. Really professional, reliable and chatty I’ve used Charlie a number of times for work on my house, the last being a mains switch and rewire upstairs which wasn’t the easiest of jobs seeing as I wanted to leave down stairs as it is 🙈 Being a young (ish) girl who lives alone I’ve had my fair share of ‘trades men’ trying to rip me off with work that needs doing but I 100% trust Charlie in all advice he’s given me and for that I will never use another electrician.
