Installation of 12 panels in early April went smoothly with minimal need for return visits. System, which includes batteries and solar water heater, has worked smoothly and performance is impressive. No complaints, only praise – and I can’t think of a nicer firm to deal with. Highly recommended.

I always try to leave a balanced review for others to read and there is a slight negative but it was massively outweighed by the positives. The only solar quote to personally visit. Ralph offered impartial advice for both future proof and basic solar systems. The quote was the most reasonable and included a detailed description of each item breakdown. A 6KW inverter was fitted with permission from the grid that Solar PV Tech sorted on my behalf. Scaffolding lads were top notch and they let us have the scaffolding up for longer so I could replace fascia boards. The slight negative was a mistake with recognising the deposit come through so there was a slight delay with fitting. Honestly it mattered not because the contact, quality and professionalism from start to finish was superb. My thanks to the whole team. I’m proper geeky with how many KW I’m pulling from the grid!

Solar Tech installed a new solar panel system and batteries at our property. They also installed our Air Source Heat Pump, plumbing and radiators. If I could give 6 stars I would. These guys went above and beyond at every single turn. I was one of those annoying customers that had 101 questions. Not only did they take the time to answer, they suggested ways to improve my own ideas. I did my homework. I had quotes and contact with 4 other companies and they didn’t compare on price or customer service. One company I had a quote from was almost £20,000 more expensive. You helped us out after another contractor went into liquidation soon after they installed our solar panels. Although we had working panels we unfortunately didn't receive any paperwork which would enable us to claim an export tariff from our electricity supplier. Chris and Andy stepped in and helped us out with all the paperwork and some remedial works and they were very helpful and informative throughout our journey with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From the quote, survey, installation and commissioning, I found SW Eco Energy were knowledgeable, quick to respond and good at listening. I must have obtained initial quotations from half a dozen firms and SW eco energy provided the most competitive price. They work to a good standard and I am delighted with the end product. What is more, when my old boiler failed in November I was worried that I would have a long wait before I could upgrade to a heat pump. But the team from SW eco energy were able to fit it in before Christmas, when most suppliers were looking at Jan just for a survey!

The team turned up on time and worked efficiently and tidied up after themselves as they went along. They were unfailingly courteous throughout and absolutely meticulous in their working practices. They answered all my questions in a clear way and explained the system carefully and made it clear that if I had any future questions to contact them so that they could explain. We'd just like to say what a pleasure it was with your company to have our solar panels installed at the end of Nov 2011. We found you and your team to be very courteous and professional, before, during and after the installation. The installation was started and completed on the agreed dates and, at the agreed price, to a very high standard. It is now the 22nd July 2012, so the 12 panels have been producing for approx 8 months now and in this very poor, wet, period they have still produced 1872kwh which gives the FIT of approx £860.00.
