Lakes Renewables did a brilliant job. Ben arrived, knew what he was talking about, gave us clear advice and a reasonable price too. He got on and did the work without any hassle, keeping us up to date with progress at the end of each day. Clean tidy and went the extra mile by replacing a few previously broken roof tiles rather than leaving them to cause problems later. After sales service has been second to none and each day the sun shine we can see the KWs clocking up. If I had one thing to complain about, we should have done it years ago.

Prior to starting work I was kept fully informed with the date of scaffolding and installation. Solar Echo arrived at the agreed time. Two roofers made a start on installing the fixings followed by the solar panels. Ross and his colleague started installation of the inverter, battery storage, energy meter and cabling. The work was completed to a high standard, equipment neatly installed and waste materials were removed. By the afternoon my system was up and running and I am delighted with the installation. I highly recommend Solar Echo to supply and install a solar panel and battery system..

We'd just like to say what a pleasure it was with your company to have our solar panels installed at the end of Nov 2011. We found you and your team to be very courteous and professional, before, during and after the installation. The installation was started and completed on the agreed dates and, at the agreed price, to a very high standard. It is now the 22nd July 2012, so the 12 panels have been producing for approx 8 months now and in this very poor, wet, period they have still produced 1872kwh which gives the FIT of approx £860.00.
