EB Solar installed our system plus a Zappi EV charger exactly when they said they would and took less than away to do the work. Even the scaffolding was taken down the same week. When we had a problem with the CYG Inverter due to the hot weather, Logan the EB Solar CYG contact solved the problem the next day with an Inverter firmware upgrade, since when it's being working just great. Faultless service and EB Solar are highly recommended

Ours was a complicated installation that needed some thought. The EnergyMyWay guys were tenacious, thorough and pragmatic. The in-tile installation looks great and the inverter/battery system in the garage is compact and tidy. Just signed up for the tariff and we are generating electricity, even in December. We have a new build where EnergyMyWay were engaged by the housebuilder to integrate a heat pump system. This works well and is quiet and effective. We are particularly impressed by how responsive the team is - James has always jumped onto issues if they arise and helped resolve them quickly. I have been involved with the company under Jason Hobbins and, more recently, James Eades since 2011, when EMW emerged as the winner out of a large field of competitors to install pv arrays in our village, Kirtlington, and in Woodstock and Kidlington. We used them again in 2014 to install a biomass boiler at our home and most recently in 2019 to install a large PV array for Kirtlington Village Hall. Generation Solar (GS) have done two recent projects for us at different scales, both with very satisfactory results. The first project is a 72 panel array which feeds our community shop. We had had problems for about 18 months and a well-known solar installation and maintenance company had failed to resolve these, despite replacing both inverters and some remedial electrical work. They were never particularly responsive and became even worse. I was introduced to GS and they arranged a visit within days, proposed a solution and completed the work within a few days of getting the go-ahead. The system worked fine for a while but then a board installed as part of the remedial work by the other company failed. Again the problem was quickly identified by GS and, once the replacement part was sourced, it was installed within days. GS also installed a remote monitoring system to make it easier to spot faults more quickly. They system has been working for a couple of months now without problems. The second project was installing 12 panels plus battery for our house. We discussed several possible configurations with GS and they were again very responsive. Once we had agreed on the system, they were quick to arrange a date for installation. This was completed with minimum disruption within one day. This system has also been working well from the start. I would have no hesitation in recommending GS both for solar installations and for even the trickiest maintenance issues. They are also a delight to work with.

It's no surprise that Generation Solar are so busy! I must confess to being slightly apprehensive at having a something like this installed in our property. But from the survey back in early November through to our installation on January 12th by Tom and his small team, everything was brilliant. One and a half days (and many cups of tea) later the installation was complete and to an exceptional standard. Tom returned 2 days later to commission and 'switch on' the system, and, so far, has performed beyond expectations (for mid Winter). I highly recommend Generation Solar. Many thanks to you all!

Where do I start? Well I started my new search for another solar company to help me with my non functioning solar panels.
